All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 14 business days after processing

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage for updates.


4. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others, depending on the destination and product type.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or internationally at this time.
